Dynamic Monitoring with GPS
For dynamic monitoring you need the following accessories:
•
External antenna GPS (1 SETTOP M1 per antena)
•
Antenna Cable
To perform an monitoring or continuous monitoring job it is necessary to ensure continuous power supply to
the receiver. To do this, connect the power supply into the COM1. The antenna should be in a place with an
“open sky” and connected via antenna cable to the connector. The purpose of using a GPS is to discern
whether the station is in a zone of influence. It is not advisable to exceed the 30m distance between the
antenna and the Settop M1
To set up a dynamic monitoring with GPS, it is necessary to go to the GPS Rover tab. There you only need
to select the type of antenna and key in height and press OK to start receiving corrections supported by the
Settop M1 (they are: CMR, CMR +, RTCM 2.3, RTCM 3.0.) via the radio.
