Reference Base for infrastructure mode

For installation as a baseline for infrastructure you need the following accessories:

•

External antenna GPS

•

Antenna Cable (Long)

•

External radio antenna

•

Cable radio (Long)

•

UPS

For the configuration of a reference base station it is necessary to ensure continuous power to the Settop M1.
The  specified  ports  to  receive  power  are  COM1.  The  GPS  antenna  should  be  placed  on  the  top  of  the
building  and  at  an  “open”  site  to  ensure  optimum  satellite  reception.  An  external  radio  antenna  is  also
necessary to ensure radio coverage in the defined area. The distance between the Settop M1 and the GPS
antenna  or  radio  antenna  should  not  be  further  than  30m  because  the  quality  of  the  signal  declines.  Both
antennas are connected to the corresponding connectors.
