REPLACING THE FUSE
The internal fuse is 500mA anti-surge type, size 20mm x 5mm. A
spare fuse is contained inside the case. Proceed as follows :-
i.
Switch off the and isolate from the mains supply.
ii.
Remove the six button head screws using the 2.5mm hex
wrench supplied.
iii.
Remove the base panel taking care not to damage the
earthing wire.
iv.
Referring to
Appendix A Fig.1
locate the working fuse
and the spare fuse.
v.
Remove the fuse carrier and fuse by lifting at one end.
NOTE: The fuse type fitted may not show a break in the
conductor when it has blown. If in doubt test with an ohm-
meter.
vi.
Replace or exchange the fuse as necessary.
vii.
Refit the base panel, checking that the seal is intact.
viii.
Refit the six button head screws.

If you have a problem with your and require help from
Sencon, the following information will greatly help us to assist you :-
i.
Serial number of the unit.
ii.
Version number of the software (This can be obtained by
pressing CLEAR and SAVE simultaneously whilst in
Standby mode).
iii.
Exact description of the fault.
iv.
When it happens or what actions cause the fault to occur.
v.
Name of a contact (preferably technical) at the location.
