The
headset mode
means that a headset is connected to the headset connector and the headset
button is lit. To make, to end and to answer a call press softkey “DISCONNECT”.

INFORMATION!
To be sure that the telephone is working and is ready to the use, verify that the
screen displays date, time and telephone number; otherwise contact the system administrator.
The following image shows the stand-by screen of the telephone and the table below describes icons’
state.
Adjusting volume
Adjust the handset, headset, speakerphone and ringer volume.
Navigation buttons
Up arrow
: Scroll up to see menus and highlight items.
Down arrow
: Scroll down to see menus and highlight items and delete one
character from right to left during writing numbers/names
3 Softkey
Located below the display, they are context-sensitive function keys
DESCRIPTION
Disconnected cable
= The network cable is disconnected or doesn’t work.
CA Backup
= The telephone is linked to Backup Call Agent.
Handset
= Handset in use.
Headset
= Headset in use.
Date
Telephone name
Class and state of service
Number of missed calls
Graphic description of 6 function keys
