Programming keys
: free function keys can be programmed with a contact name of local
address book or with a free sequence of digits (0, 1 .... 9, #, *) or with a service among those
proposed.
8.7.1. Fast dial
1. press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
FUNCTION KEYS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. select
FAST DIAL
5. to confirm press softkey OK
6. scroll the list of keys with up and down arrows and confirm by pressing Enter and associate the contact
number from local directory:
a) if near the number of key there is an empty space (e.g.: [2]: ---), it is possible to access the
personal address book and select a name from it, to save press softkey to confirm or exit to
cancel or wait until the timer elapses.
b) if near the number of key there is a name, it is possible to
CHANGE
or
CANCEL
it, in both
cases return to point

Warning!
The number will be recalled by pressing the button for about than 1.5 seconds; when first the
name associated with the phone number appears on the screen, you can leave the key to giving up the
selection, or keep it pressed to start the call.

3. press softkey SELECT
4. scroll the menu up to
PROGRAMMING KEYS
5. to confirm press softkey OK
6. select
Telephone
to program the keys of basic phone (
DSS1
and
DSS2
options give you the
possibility to program DSS module keys) and confirm with softkey
7. select a programmable key, without asterisk (e.g.
“[1]: ”
), you’ll be able to change and delete it
8. confirm with softkey
9. scroll with up and down arrows and select:
Local tel.book, Free sequence(*) or Services(**)
10. confirm with softkey and select a contact from local directory, a sequence of numbers(*) or program a
service(**) from the list
11. to exit the menu press softkey BACK or wait until the timer elapses
(*) example of sequence to activate/deactivate a call forward:
•
select
FREE SEQUENCE
•
dial the “call forwarding prefix" + "destination number" + “#”
•
confirm with OK softkey
•
give a name to the sequence and it will be displayed on the screen
•
confirm with OK softkey
•
exit the menu by pressing softkey BACK.
Note
: you may not enter the destination "#", user can select them on the request of the service.

Forward all calls
”

confirm with softkey
•
to exit the menu press softkey BACK or wait until the timer elapses
•
press the key just programmed to “Forward all calls” and complete the configuration as
described in the
”Forwarding calls to another number” paragraph.
