8.1. Changing settings
8.1.1. Customizing your password
To access the programming local menu (softkey MENU) and the call list (softkey CALL REG.) you can
customize a password in the following way:
1. press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
OPTIONS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. scroll the menu up to
PASSWORD
5. press softkey SET
6. the first time you change the password you can enter up to 6 digits (view only asterisks “*”), then
enter the same password again to confirm it (if the digits are wrong the screen indicates the
message “Confirm error”); the following times it is possible to change it by entering a new one both
for (Password_) and (Confirm_) or cancel it by pressing softkey OK both for (Password_) and
(Confirm_), without entering any digits
7. to confirm press softkey OK
8. to return to the main menu, press softkey BACK and EXIT or wait until the timer elapses.
8.1.2. Customizing the rings
Set the rings from 13 melodies, for internal and trunk calls, in the following way:
1. press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
USER SETTINGS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. scroll the menu up to
RINGING TONE
5. press softkey SET
6. choose between <
Internal calls
> and <
Trunk calls
>
7. to confirm press softkey SELECT
8. to choose scroll the 13 melodies
9. to confirm press softkey YES
10. to exit the menu press softkey BACK
11. <
Save the changes?
> to save press softkey YES, to cancel press softkey NO.
8.1.3. Customizing the screen
Adjust the contrast of the screen in the following way:
1. press softkey MENU
2. scroll the menu up to
USER SETTINGS
3. press softkey SELECT
4. scroll the menu up to
LCD
5. press softkey SET
6. scroll the menu up to
LCD CONTRAST
