8.2. Call handling
The following instructions describe the basic operations to handle a call with IP phone.
To: You have to:
Make a phone call using
the handset • lift the handset and dial the telephone number
or
• press speakerphone button and dial the telephone number
or
• directly dial the telephone number, only with automatic handsfree ( 1 )
or
• lift the handset and press the button programmed with the number
required
or
• directly press the button programmed with the number required, only
with automatic handsfree ( 1 ).
Note: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be preceded
by the generic trunk line access digit (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call with
active automatic Enblock • dial the lift the h press softkey to confirm
or
• press speake dial the press softkey to confirm
or
• dial the number, only with automatic handsfree (1), + press softkey to
confirm.
Make a phone call using a
headset (2) • press softkey DISCONNECT and dial the telephone number
or
• press speakerphone button and dial the telephone number
or
• directly dial the telephone number, only with automatic handsfree ( 1 )
or
• press softkey DISCONNECT and press the button programmed with
the number required
or
• directly press the button programmed with the number required, only
with automatic handsfree ( 1 ).

Make a phone call from
personal directory 1. press one of the arrows buttons to access the personal directory
2. scoll the names/numbers
3. make the phone call by pressing softkey CALL
