Handler Interface
SME1202A Insulation Resistance Meter equips with a Handler interface which is mainly
used to output the sorting result. When the instrument is applied to an automatic
component sorting test system, this interface will output the handshake signal and the
sorting result output signal. The sorting result output corresponds to the comparison result
output of the current comparator bin.

NOTE: the sequence chart below is obtained when the MEAS DISP and BIN DISP
are set as OFF.
