2.4 Introduction to Buttons on Front Panel

Press <MEAS> to enter into display homepage. Selectable functions on this page are
shown as follows:

2.4.2 [SYSTEM]
Press the [SYSTEM] button to enter into the <SYSTEM SETUP> page; the setup items of
system can be changed on this page.
2.5 Simple Operation
Simple operation steps for SME1202A:
Use [MEAS], [SYSTEM] or [FILE] or soft keys to enter into the page. (Refer to fig 2-5)
Use arrow buttons ([

↑
] [
→
] [
↓
]) to move the cursor to desired zone.
When the cursor is moved to a soft key zone, press ENTER to confirm the selection.
If it is required to input a number or a file name, use the keyboard to input and press
ENTER to finish entry. You can use arrow buttons to select a number or a letter.
NOTE: DO NOT use sharp tools or nails to touch the screen. Doing so will cause
damage to the screen, our company shall not be liable to this case.
2.6 Starting Up
Plug into a 3-wire power socket & ensure the power earth wire is grounded,. Press down
the power switch on the bottom left corner of the front panel, the instrument will start up
and a boot screen is displayed. If the password protection is enabled, you will be asked to
input your password. After inputting your password, press [ENTER] to enter into the main
menu page.
