To connect to an available wireless network with a hidden SSID and disabled
encryption
1. From the Site Survey table, select the wireless network with a hidden SSID
and disabled encryption you intend to join.
2. Click the down arrow at the
Select a Site to join
field
to select the
number of the wireless network you intend to join, and then click the
Join
button.
3. Click
OK
when the following window appears.
Note:
Obtain the wireless network SSID from the network administrator.
4. Enter the SSID of the wireless network in the SSID field, and then click
Apply
.
A message appears in the browser indicating that you have successfully
joined the wireless network.
