1. Fit the belt on the front and rear sprocket.
2.
Insert the rear axle into the openings of the dropout sledges(fig. 20 ).
3. Apply some downward force to the saddle to push the rear axle up
to the stop (fig. 22 ). The belt will then have its original tension. Ask a
second person for help if necessary.
4. While pushing down on the saddle, tighten the axle bolts to a torque
of
10-12 Nm
.
5. Reattach the motor cable. Make sure that the cable follows the cable
management route of the sledge. Next screw down the silver plate that
holds the motor cable. Make sure that the motor cable can not touch
the disc brake rotor.
7.7.3. Rear wheel installation
Make sure to carry out each of these steps with the utmost
care and diligence. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to
contact your specialist dealer.
Now do not use the brake lever of the rear disc brake,
because under certain circumstances, the brake may be
adjusted, which may lead to a changed braking behavior
and in the worst case to a crash.
