18. Use caution when tilling near fences, buildings and
underground utilities. Rotating tines can cause
property damage or personal injury.
19. Exercise extreme caution when operating on or
crossing gravel drives, walks, or roads. Stay alert for
hidden hazards or traffic. Do not carry passengers.
20. Never leave the operating position when the en-
gine is running.
21. Always stop the engine when tilling is delayed or
when walking from one tilling location to another.
22. Keep unit clean of vegetation and other materials.
They may become lodged between the tines. Stop
the engine and disconnect the spark plug before
unclogging the tines.

Safety measures to protect the operator are based
on an estimate of exposure under normal conditions
of use (taking into account all operating cycles such
as the time when the tool is shut off, when operating
empty or in use).
7. Assembly
1. Mount the external parts of the tine (12.1) on the
internal parts (12.2), and attach side discs (11) to each
end, fixing them together with (C) M8x45. (Fig. 3)
2. Place tilling tines (12) on the tine shaft (D) on both
sides of the transmission box. Line up the holes in
the tine frame sleeves and tine shaft. Insert M10x45
screws (E) through the holes in tine frames and tine
shaft from one side, then lock nuts from the other side.
Tighten down. 3 pairs tilling tines (12) can be adjusted
according to the operator’s tilling width to 372/612/852
mm respectively. (Fig. 4)
3. Loosen the screw, washer and nut (F) from shift le-
ver (7), install shift lever (7) in the proper position and
then tighten down. (Fig. 5)
4. Mount the wheels (10) on both sides of the wheel
bracket (9) with M8x20 screws and washers (G). (Fig.
6)
5. Wheel bracket (9) with notched plate (H) is welded
on the connecting rack. Fix connecting rack to the
chassis with M8x60 screws (J), bushes and nuts. (Fig.
7)
6. Attach the tine shield extension (13) to the tine
shield with M5x12 screws (K) and nuts. (Fig. 8)
7. Put the handlebar (5) in the groove (L) between
the two fixing plates and secure it with the handlebar
adjustment star knob (6). (Fig. 9)
8. Fix the tool kit (3) on the crosspiece between the
handles (M) with M5x25 screws (N). (Fig. 10)
9. Use cable clips (O) to secure the clutch control
cable and throttle control cable (P) in place on the
handlebars. Make sure the control cables are routed
properly. (Fig. 11)
10. Insert the depth regular rod (8) in the groove
(Q) at the rear of the connecting rack (9), with the
pointed end downward and the notched side inward.
The depth regulator rod (8) can be put into different
grooves and secured with (Ø 10mm) clevis pin (R)
and (Ø 2.5mm) cotter pin (S) to adjust the tilling depth.
When the proper position is obtained, screw the ad-
justing bar (T) M12 to make the depth regulator rod
(8) fastened. (Fig. 12)
