- Phase 1
Diagnose: Analysieren Sie, ob der Akku aufgeladen werden kann, um ein Aufladen des defekten Akkus zu vermeiden. Wenn die
Akkuspannung 0 bis 0,5 V beträgt, bedeutet dies, dass das Ladegerät falsch angeschlossen ist. Wenn die Spannung 0,5 bis 1,5 V beträgt,
handelt es sich um einen defekten Akku. Wenn das 12V-Gang zwischen 1,5 und 24 V (24V-Gang) liegt, beginnt die Vorladephase, und wenn
die Spannung zwischen 12 und 14 V (12V-Gang) und 24 bis 28 V (24V-Gang) liegt, beginnt die
Konstantstromladephase. Bei 14V-15V (12V-Gang) 28V-30V (24V-Gang) ist es fast voll, und wenn die Spannung größer als 15,5V (12V-Gang)
31V (12V-Gang) ist, ist das Ladegerät falsch angeschlossen.
- Phase 2
Vorladephase: Wenn die Akkuspannung zwischen 1,5 V und 12 V liegt, lädt das Ladegerät den Akku mit einem geringen Strom
auf, um den Akku besser zu pflegen.
- Phase 3
Sanftanlaufphase: Der Ladestrom wird allmählich von einer Kleinstromvorladung auf eine CC-Konstantstromladung erhöht.
- Phase 4
CC1, CC2, CC3 (Konstantstromphase): Schnellladezustand.Den Akkulebensdauer wird verlängert, indem der Ladestrom
automatisch an den Akkustatus angepasst wird.
- Stufe 5
CV (konstante Spannung) Absorption- und Ladephase: die Ladespannung wird bei 14,6V (12V-Gang) 29,2V (24V Gang) gehalten,
aber der Ladestrom nimmt allmählich ab, bis der Akku vollständig geladen ist.
- Stufe 6
Ruheerkennung: Der Ladevorgang wird unterbrochen, wenn der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.Das Akkuladegerät für die
Echtzeit-Überwachung, wenn den Akkuspannung nach 2 Minuten auf 12,8 V fällt (12V-Datei) 25,6V (24V Geschwindigkeit) oder weniger, wird

- Phase 7
