Select [MENU] and choose “BACK” or “END” to complete the setting.
You can use BLC masking to compensate for the backlighting problem when the target is human, by masking
bright background areas.
Use the
/
button to select [BLC], use the
/
button to choose “MASK”, and press the SET
button.
The BLC MASKING screen appears, with a blinking mask pattern shown at the top left.
Use the
buttons to move the mask pattern over the light source you want to mask and
press the SET button.
This sets a mask at the position where you moved the mask pattern. A new mask pattern starts blinking.
Repeat this step to set masks as many as you want.
