Contacts
Your phone can store up to 600 Contacts entries with 7 phone numbers, 3 email addresses and
a web address for each entry. You can also store up to 40 groups with 25 members from your
Contacts.
Viewing Contacts
Displaying the Contacts List
You can see stored Contacts and groups on the Contacts list.
► Press CONTACTS (right softkey).

Press MENU/OK >
Contacts .
Displaying the Contacts Details
You can see further details of the Contacts and Groups.
► From the Contacts list display, select an entry and press MENU/OK.
Viewing History from Contacts
You can view the history of the selected Contacts.
► From the Contacts list display or a Contacts Details display, highlight an entry and press
OPTIONS (right softkey) > Contact History .

From a Contacts Details display, highlight an image at the top of the list and press
HISTORY (left softkey).
Managing Contacts
Creating a Contacts Entry
1. From the Contact list display, press Add New > New Contact .
2. Enter a name for the new entry and press MENU/OK.
3. Enter a phone number for the entry and press MENU/OK.
4. Select a phone type for the entry (
Mobile , Home , Work , Pager , Fax , or Other ) and press
MENU/OK.
5. Press DONE (left softkey).
Adding a Phone Number to a Contacts Entry
1. From the Contacts list display, highlight an entry to add a phone number to and press
OPTIONS (right softkey) > Edit Contact .
2. Scroll down to highlight < Add Number > , enter a phone number and press MENU/OK.
3. Select a phone type for the number and press MENU/OK.
4. Press
DONE (left softkey).
