2.3 System
Under the tab <System>, there are submenus including:
<System>, <Security>, <Network>, <Alarm Server>, <Alarm IO Management>, <Motion
Detection>, <Tampering>, <Storage Management>, <Recording>, <Information>,
<Factory Default>, <Software Upgrade> and <Maintenance>.
Note:
The system configuration page is only accessible by the administrator
.
2.3.1 System
The system setting can be found under the path:
System > System
Host name:
Enter a host name here for camera identification (max. 54 characters). If the motion detection
function is enabled and is set to send alarm message by mail/FTP, the host name entered
here will display in the alarm message.
Time zone:
Select your time zone from the drop-down menu.
