Washing dispensing groups
Proceed as follows to wash the groups:
-
MANUAL WASHING
To activate the MANUAL WASHING, access the
Wash menu on the user interface. On the screen you
will be asked to connect the blind filter holder with
the appropriate detergent to the group. Press START
to start washing.
During this phase, all coffee
selections are disabled until
washing is complete. During the
washing phase, the machine cannot
be switched off and will not switch
to energy saving nor stand-by or
OFF modes. If the washing cycle
is interrupted by a power failure
(in both phases), the rinsing phase
will be proposed when the machine
will be switched back on. It is NOT
possible to interrupt the washing
cycle before the end.
Dispensing with paddle
The machine is equipped with a paddle which
allows performing extraction with adjustable
pressure profile from a minimum (*) to a maximum
value by acting on the lever. The paddle can be
configured, within the corresponding menu, to work
from right to left and vice versa. Thanks to this tool,
it is possible to manually create pressure profiles
that can be saved in the "Profiles settings" menu. To
perform an extraction with paddle, move the lever
from its original position to the end position.
(*) the minimum pressure is 3 PSI for the internal
tank version, while it is equal to the line pressure
for the version connected to the mains. It is
recommended not to exceed 14,5 PSI of line
pressure for maximum paddle usability.
Lights
The lights on the machine are made up of two LED
bars that are enabled/disabled simultaneously.
