6.1.3.ACTIVATING BOOST

6.1.3.1.

Definition

The Boost function automatically sets the production setpoints to maximum for a cumulative

period of 24 hours of filtration time (accounting for filtration stoppages).

6.1.3.2.

Activation/deactivation

Press the

 button to activate the Boost

function. The active polarity LED will flash.

 or

Press the

 button again to deactivate the

function.

Notes :

•  Once Boost has finished, the setpoint returns to the value configured before Boost was

activated.

•  The Boost time cannot be adjusted.

Observations:

•  If the cover/shutter function is used while a Boost is in progress, Boost will be deactivated.
•  The Boost function can only be activated when the cover/shutter function is off.

NEVER MANUALLY COVER THE POOL WHILE BOOST IS IN PROGRESS

•  The Boost function will only activate when the production setpoint is not equal to zero.

6.1.4.REVERSE POLARITY

Your salt water chlorinator comes with a self-cleaning function for the cell. This involves your salt

water chlorinator periodically changing the polarity of your cell.

In some situations, you may need to alter the reversal time or force the reversal.

6.1.4.1.

Forced reversal

This function enables you to perform

one reversal.

Press the

 and

  buttons to trigger the reversal

cycle. The green and yellow LEDs will alternately glow

during the cycle. At the end of the cycle, they will

stop on green if the start colour was yellow, and vice

versa.
