9.WARRANTY
Before contacting your reseller, please have the following ready:
• Your purchase invoice.
• The serial no. of the control unit and pH probe.
• The installation date of the appliance.
• Your pool’s parameters (salinity, pH, chlorine level, water temperature, stabiliser level,
hardness, total alkalinity, pool volume, daily filtration time, etc.).
We have provided all our care and technical experience in creating this equipment.
This is subject to quality controls. We regularly make improvements or modifications to our models
to take technological advances into account. It is understood that these improvements cannot be
added to previous models as part of the application of our warranty.
If, despite all the care and expertise used in manufacturing our product, you need to claim under the
warranty, this will only cover the free replacement of the defective parts of our equipment (excluding
round trip shipping costs).
9.1.WARRANTY DURATION (APPLICABLE FROM THE INVOICE DATE)

Electronic control unit: 2 years (24 months)
•
Electrolysis cell: 2 years (24 months)
•
Repairs and spare parts: 3 months
9.2.PURPOSE OF THE WARRANTY
The warranty applies to all parts except wear parts which must be replaced regularly.
The appliance is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect under the strict framework of normal
use in a family pool. Use for public pools voids any warranty.
9.3.AFTER SALES SERVICE
• All repairs are carried out in our workshops.
• The user must bear the cost of shipping to and from the site. The immobilization and loss of
use of an appliance in the event of possible repair shall not give rise to compensation.
• In all cases, the equipment is always transported at the user’s risk. It is the latter’s
responsibility before taking delivery of the goods, to check that they are in perfect condition
and, if necessary, to express reservations on the carrier’s transport document. Confirm them
with the carrier within 72 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
IMPORTANT :
Replacements under warranty shall in no case extend the original warranty period.
