3.2.INSTALLING THE CELL
The cell is the final element before the return (after the filter, heating, etc.). The water circulation
direction inside the cell is shown by the arrow, and its position must be as shown in Figure 1 above
(possible position of the cell).
Attach the cell to the return pipe using the detachable connectors.
DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION CORD BETWEEN THE CELL AND THE CABINET.
3.3.INSTALLING THE FLOW SENSOR (optional extra depending on model)
The flow sensor protects your cell in the event water not flowing through the cell.
SETTING UP THE FLOW SENSOR
• Install the ¾ tee (glue-on) in a horizontal position on the pipe, upstream and at least
2 metres from the cell with no valve between the cell and sensor.
• Screw the flow sensor on, with the flow going the correct way (arrow on sensor).
•
Connect the sensor to the card as shown in Figure 3 below:
Figure 3
WHETHER OR NOT YOU INSTALL THE FLOW SENSOR (OPTION), YOU MUST
RECONFIGURE YOUR SALT WATER CHLORINATOR. TO DO THIS, GO TO
SECTION 6.1.5.4. ACTIVATING AND DEACTIVATING THE FLOW SENSOR.
REMINDER: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE THE FLOW SENSOR
(RISK OF DESTRUCTION OR EXPLOSION OF THE CELL).
ALL CONNECTIONS AND PROCEDURES MUST BE PERFORMED BY A
