Enables a popup window that prompts for a password each time a menu is selected.

PASSWORD CHECK = "X"
ƒ
When selecting X, everyone can access the pertinent menu without entering password. When
PASSWORD CHECK for MENU is set to "X," the entire entries on the column automatically
reset to "O" as shown in Pic B.
To set up different permissions for users, select "O" for PASSWORD CHECK, and then read the
following instructions.
Caution
When PASSWORD CHECK is set to "X," everyone can access the pertinent menu
without entering password. This option is recommended only if one administrator
manages the DVR.

PASSWORD CHECK = "O"
ƒ Only users that are set to "O" can access the pertinent menu. Select O or X per user under
each menu, then the menu requires a password for the access; users that do not know the
password cannot use the menu.
Caution
When PASSWORD CHECK is set to "O," only the administrator can set up permissions
for the pertinent menu. This option is recommended if more than one administrators
and users access the DVR.
