Playing back messages
When there are messages waiting to be heard, the
TAM
button flashes and the display shows that you have new
messages, for example,
New: 1 ICM: 3

’ indicates there’s one new message, and ‘

’ says that there are
three incoming messages recorded in total.)
Playing back newly received caller messages
Simply press
Play/Record
.
• The machine briefly displays recorded time then starts to play the message. This procedure is repeated for all NEW
messages.
• When the display reads

’ is the number of the caller message currently being played and ‘

’ is the total
number of new caller messages in memory. ‘

counts down as the message plays back.
Playing back all messages
Press and hold
Play/Record
until you hear a beep.
• All the messages are played back. The display briefly shows recorded time of each message, then plays ALL the
messages recorded.
• When the display reads

Skipping backward or forward
To skip backward
Press |<<(1) while listening to the message.
• If you press |<<(1) while playing back the message, the machine will replay it.
• The machine skips back to the previous message and plays it if you press |<<(1) twice.
To skip forward
Press >>|(3) while listening to a message.
• The machine skips forward to the next message and plays it.
• If you press >>|(3) while playing the last message, the machine beeps and returns to the Standby Mode.
