Display
Changing the Banner
The Banner (the text greeting shown on the display screen) can be up
to 14 characters in length and is displayed on your phone’s screen in
Idle mode. Your phone lets you change banner contents and location.
For example, you could change the default text to say “Bob’s Phone”.
To change the banner:
1. Press the left soft key

5. Configure the banner:

the location of the banner:

.

Press

Edit
the text of the banner. You can enter
up to 14 characters of text. See "Entering Text" on page
27.
Changing the Wallpaper
Your phone offers options for the background image you see on the
display screen when in Idle mode.
Note:
You can also set a recorded video as wallpaper. For more
information, see "Video Album" on page 88.
To change the wallpaper:
