Mobile Networks
Control your device’s access to networks and mobile
data service.
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps .
2. Tap Settings > Mobile networks for options:
•
Data roaming access : Enable or disable
connection to data services when your device is
roaming on another network.
•
Roaming : Change voice, text and data roaming
settings, including international roaming.
•
Signal strength : View your signal strength.
•
Network mode : Change the network mode.
•
Access Point Names : Choose or add APNs.
•
Network operators : Choose available and
preferred networks.
Location
Some apps may require one or more location services
be turned on for full functionality.
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps .
2. Tap Settings > Connections > Location .
3. Tap On/Off to turn on Location services.
4. Tap Locating method to select how your location is
determined:
•
High accuracy : Uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and mobile
networks.
•
Battery saving : Uses Wi-Fi and mobile networks
(no GPS).
•
Phone only : Uses GPS only.
