INTERRUPT VECTOR ADDRESSES
All interrupt vector addresses for the S3C8248/C8245/C8247/C8249 interrupt structure are stored in the vector
address area of the internal 32-Kbyte ROM, 0H–7FFFH, or 8, 16, 24-Kbyte (see Figure 5-3).
You can allocate unused locations in the vector address area as normal program memory. If you do so, please be
careful not to overwrite any of the stored vector addresses (Table 5-1 lists all vector addresses).
The program reset address in the ROM is 0100H.
