6.4.7. Procedure E1: Replacement of o-rings and 60° and 90° elbows
• Unscrew the nozzle nut (4) on the 60° or 90° nozzle
adapter by hand.
• Remove the electrode support assembly (2) and its
deflector (3) flat spray or round spray from the 60° or
90° nozzle adapter.
• Unscrew the swivel nozzle nut (1) and remove the
nozzle adapter from the barrel.
• Insert the split ring removal tool (5) (P/N: 900019908)
into the swivel nozzle nut (1) and push down to
compress the split ring.
Release the swivel nozzle nut.
• It is essential to replace the o-ring (6) with a new one.
