NOTE:
The mower models vary in swath width (and the sense of rotation of the mowing
discs). Before installing the blades, verify what the sense of rotation of each
mowing disc is on your machine (
Fig. 27 - Fig. 31 ).
NOTE:
A blade installed in the reverse orientation will cause the mower to clog. When
installing the blades, verify that they can rotate smoothly in their holders.
6.3. Swath width setting
The swath width is adjusted with the swath rakes installed on the mower deck suspension frame
( Fig. 32 ).
To adjust the swath rake, follow the procedure below:

Loosen the lock nuts ( 2 ) and the bolts ( 3 ).

Reposition the swath rake arm ( 6 ).
❑
Retighten the bolts ( 3 ) and the lock nuts( 2 ).
❑
Loosen the lock nuts ( 4 ) and the bolts ( 5 ).
❑
Set the mowing disc height and attack angle ( 7 ).
❑
Retighten the bolts ( 5 ) and the lock nuts( 4 ).
