OPERATING THE MOWER
5.1.
Hitching the mower to a tractor
CAUTION!
The ALPINA / SAMBA F mower can only be coupled to a tractor with a floating
TPH control system.
Before coupling the mower with the tractor, make sure that the sense of rotation of the mower
and tractor PTOs is the same. The standard version of this machine can be coupled with a tractor with
a front PTO which rotates counter-
clockwise (looking at the tractor’s front). Otherwise, the sense of
rotation must be reversed. If the PTO is not reversible, remove the 1st intersecting axis gear from the
mower and reinstall it rot
