The
PRODUCT & INGREDIENT
selection screen displays; touch the program area you wish to edit.
Ingredient
Before recipes can be created, you must first define all the ingredients that will be used with recipes.
These ingredients are the component items that make up your product; i.e. Hot Dog, Burger,
Sandwich, etc. could break down in to Buns, bread, meats, lettuce, tomato, and so on.

Select
INGREDIENT
from the
PRODUCT & INGREDIENT
menu selections.
DESCRIPTOR
Up to a 30-charactor descriptor can be entered for the ingredient. You can also press the heading
DESCRIPTION to sort the ingredient list alphabetically.
COST
The COST in the ingredient programming is the merchants cost of the ingredient portion. The cost is
entered to two places after the decimal, the maximum cost entry is 99999.99; You can also sort the
ingredient list by cost by pressing the COST heading.
