Clean daily
● Allow the appliance to cool down.
● Do not clean cast iron grates and burner cap in
the dishwasher! Do not use abrasive cleaning
agent, otherwise risk of corrosion!

Use a brass wire brush to remove burnt-in
foods on the cast iron grates and burner caps.
If the contamination cannot be removed using the
brass wire brush:

Clean cast iron grates and burner caps in the
sink using grease-dissolving detergent.

Thoroughly dry the cast iron grates and burner
caps.

In order to prevent corrosion on the cast iron
grate, apply care emulsion or vegetable oil.
● Attention! Whilst cleaning the cooking hob, make sure that no contamination or water ingresses
into the burner.

Clean the housing using grease-dissolving cleaner or a special stainless steel cleaner.
.
Use grill cleaner to remove burnt-in foods on stainless steel surfaces.
.
After using grill cleaners or other pungent cleaning agents, wash off the cleaned parts thoroughly
using water.

Dry cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.

Clean the pilot burner weekly
● Allow the appliance to cool down.

Remove pilot burner.
.
Use fine wire brush to remove residues from
pilot burner and thermocouple.
● Attention! Do not use any wet or damp cloths
for cleaning!
During cleaning, make sure that the pilot
burner and the nozzle are not contaminated/
blocked!

Install pilot burner.
