• Insert the bearing cover and secure with circlips.
Mechanical seal
See fig. 28:
• Clean the stationary ring seat in the housing cover.
• Insert the stationary part of the mechanical seal carefully into the seal
cover.
• Use soap and water to prevent damage.

• Push the cover of the mechanical seal onto the shaft.
• Use soap and water.
See fig. 30:
• Push the rotating part of the mechanical seal onto the shaft.
See fig. 31:
• Push the housing cover onto the shaft.
See fig. 32:
• Screw the mechanical seal cover to the housing cover by using bolts,
lock washers and nuts or screws depending on the type of pump used.
