Waste equipment must be collected and disposed separately from household waste because it may contain components hazardous to

the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which

sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of product at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste.

By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact

the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the

relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.

To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

INSTALLATION (Only a specialist can install it!)

• The installation method may differ for different car types.

•  Connect the wires of the device as required. Check the stability of the connectors

in  the  device.  Check  the  suitability  of  the  connectors  in  the  vehicle  beforehand

according to the wiring instructions in this manual. Pay attention to the correct and

short circuit free connection! Guide the speaker wires carefully!

•  Do not connect any wires of the speakers with the negative pole /point of the vehicle

or power supply. ( e.g. with the black power cable or with a metal point of the vehicle)

•  It is forbidden to connect any of the right and left channel speakers to each other!

•  To protect the audio system from external noise:

-  Place the device and guide the cables at least 10 cm away from the car dashboard

harness.

- Keep the accumulator cables as far from other cables as possible.

-  The ground/body cable should be short and securely connected to paint, dirt and

grease free metal surfaces on the car body.

-  When connecting a noise reduction device, place it as far from the amplifi er as

possible.

CONNECTING SPEAKERS / POSSIBLY INCORRECT PHASE CONNECTION

In  some  cases,  it  may  be  possible  that  increasing  the  volume  doesn’t  increase

proportionally the deep sounding. This depends on the number and positioning of the

speakers operated, additionally it is possible that a speaker wire in the vehicle is not

connected according to correct polarity.

1. In case of using two front speakers:

•  The +/- polarity of the right or left speaker must be replaced as desired (the two

veins of the wire connecting one of the loudspeakers should be replace: anywhere

between the radio and the speaker).

2. In case of using four speakers:

•  A., If both the front two and the rear two speakers are built in the door (or on other,

but insulated from each other way: “in a sound box”), then one of the front two and

the rear two speakers polarity should be reversed.

•  B., If the front two speakers are built in the door, but the rear two are in the hat holder,

then only one speaker’s polarity should be replaced from the front two speakers. The

rear speaker pair’s cable remains in its original state.

PRECAUTIONS

Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth and brush for regular cleaning. Remove more dirt by moistening

with water. Do not use cleaning agents! Do not spill liquid inside the device and on

its connectors!

Temperature

Before switching on, make sure that the ambient temperature is between 0 °C and

+40 °C, as smooth operation can only be guaranteed in this range. Extreme weather

conditions can damage the device.

Placement, installation

When installing the device, make sure it is not exposed to the following stresses:

- direct sunlight or heat, (e.g. from the heating system) - moisture, high humidity level

- signifi cant quantity of dust - stronger vibration.

WARNINGS

•  Please read the instruction manual carefully before use, and keep it to have it

available in the future!

•  The installation of car stereo equipment requires important professional knowledge

and experience, which we are unable to write about in this document. Seek

professional assistance if necessary to prevent damaging the unit or motor vehicle!

Professional installation is a prerequisite for reliable operation.

•  Always listen to your device on a volume, which doesn’t bother road traffi c, and

doesn’t cause hearing loss!

•  The negative pole of the speakers must not come into contact with the body of the

vehicle (with its negative potential)!

•  At extremely high or low ambient temperature (e.g. in a car parked under blazing

sun at summer, or in summer or at winter cold in the cooled car) the protection of the

amplifi er may be activated and it can switch it off. In this case, leave it off until the

normal ambient temperature is restored.

•  Do not operate it for a longer period of time in case of standing engine, because it

may cause the depletion of the accumulator!

•  Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the unit or its accessories, because it can

cause fi re, accident or electric shock!

•  Only for use in cars with a 12 V battery and a negative ground. Using the player

for any other purpose can result in electric shock, damage, or fi re. The player was

designed exclusively for use in vehicles!

•  Always use melting fuses with the proper values! When replacing a fuse, make sure

that the new fuse has the same nominal value as the one you are replacing! (30

Amperes) Using a different fuse can cause fi re or damage.

•  Do not block the device’s cooling vents, as that can cause its circuits to overheat,

resulting in fi re. Install the player properly to ensure adequate ventilation, and the air

vents around the edge must be left free.

•  Make  sure  to  connect  it  correctly!  Incorrect  connections  can  result  fi re  or  other

defaults.

•  Prior to wiring/installation, be sure to remove the car battery’s negative terminal

connection! This will prevent any electric shock, short circuit or malfunction!

•  While installing the player never cut through cables or damage their insulation. Doing

so can result in short circuit and fi re!

•  Before drilling holes or inserting screws into your vehicle’s body make sure you do

not damage tubes or electric wires on the other side of the cover…

•  Do not connect to any electric systems of your vehicle that operate steering, brakes,

or any other safety function! Doing so can result in loss of control over the vehicle,

and can cause fi re.

•  Do not install the device or its accessories in a location where they can prevent you

from controlling the vehicle safely, e.g., nearby the steering-wheel and the gear shift.

•  Make sure that wires do not coil around neighboring objects. Arrange cables and

wires in a way that does not hinder you in driving. Wires that interfere with your

movement or hang over the gear shift, the brake etc. can be extremely dangerous.

•  In case of any malfunction, turn of the player immediately, and consult your

distributor. Many malfunctions are very easy to detect (e.g., no sound, bad smell,

smoke, an external object inside the product etc.).

•  Protect it from dust, damp, liquids, heat, moisture, frost and impact, as well as direct

heat or sunlight!

•  When leading the connection cables make sure that their insulation does not get

damaged by any sharp metal objects nearby!

•  Do not connect cables during operation! Never turn the system on or off at full

volume! Noise impact occurring this time can ruin your speakers.

•  The warranty is not valid for irresponsible malfunctions due to improper connection

and use!

•  Due to continuous improvements the design and specifi cations may change without

any prior notice.
