PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE

Control link

Remove the operator seat floor cover and the cover
under the dashoboard.

Check the bolts and nuts for looseness. Adjust the rod.

Liquid spray strainer

Take off the liquid tank cover. Take out and clean the
strainer, change the strainer if necessary.

(5) Every 1000 operating hours

Suction filter

Take off the hydraulic tank cover. Take out and clean the
strainer, change the strainer if necessary.

Hydraulic tank

1) Remove the drain plug and drain the oil while it is

warm.

2) After cleaning the inside of the tank, fill the tank to the

specified level with new hydraulic fluid.

3) Start and run the engine at idling for 2 - 5 minutes.

When air bubbles have disappeared from the oil, stop
the engine and check the oil level again.

WARNING

When draining a hot oil, be careful not to get burned.
