Warranty repairs can only be carried out at our Technical Service
Centres.

The warranty is void if the product is tampered with or damaged due
to incorrect installation or use, lack of maintenance, improper repairs,
surges on the telephone network or power supply, shocks or falls. For
parts subject to wear and tear (such as batteries) the warranty period is
six months from the date of purchase.

In order to benefit from the warranty services, the consumer must
deliver the product to a Service/Collection Centre or alternatively to
the point of sale. For an up-to-date list of Service/Collection Centres,
please refer to the website
