Once the handset is registered, the handset automatically exits the
registration mode and lets you know that the registration is done.
Renaming the handset
This option enables you to modify the name of your handset.
On the navigator key
, press

until the Settings screen is
displayed, press OK to confirm.
Select Adv. Settings. Press Confirm

Select HS Settings. Press Confirm
.
Select Handset name using

. Press Confirm
.
A screen presents the current handset name

To keep the name, press Confirm
.

To change the name, press Edit .
Use the keypad keys to enter the new name. Press Confirm
.
An information screen presents the new handset name

To keep this name, press Confirm
.
•
To modify this name, press Edit
.
To exit the menu, press the red key
.
You can also set your base to the registration mode using a
handset already registered by selecting the Registration function
in the menu Settings/Adv. Settings/Base setting
