Center is always counting interval time, except when

Pressurization extra delay time
Pressurization extra delay time is used, when grease lubrication systems (SG1 and SG2) are in
pressure switch mode.
Pressurization extra delay time is the minimum time between two pressurization phases. When
the delay setting prevents pressurization, there is phase code
