DEFINED OBSTACLES
An obstacle within the lawn area, such as a tree or ower
bed, may be protected by setting it as a de ned obstacle.
The boundary wire should be laid 45 cm from the obstacle
that borders the work area and is 1.5 cm or more in height.
This prevents the mower from colliding with the obstacle
and reduce body wear.
The boundary wire entry and exit points for a de ned
obstacle should be separated by less than 5 mm and
should not overlap or cross itself. Boundary wires leading
to and from a de ned obstacle should be fastened with the
same peg.
The mower drives over boundary wires that are run in
parallel and close to each other with a distance of less than
5 mm.
If the mower needs to dock at the charging station and
passes through a de ned obstacle, it circles around the
de ned obstacle multiple times before searching for the
boundary wire again.

ZONES AND NARROW PASSAGES
If a lawn is split into zones with narrow passages, the
boundary wire should be laid 30 cm from each edge of the
narrow passage, allowing a minimum of 30 cm between
each wire. The minimum narrow passage area is 90 cm.
The variable start point feature of the mower ensures that
the mower can operate in each of these zones.

SLOPES
The boundary wire must not be laid along or across a
slope greater than 20°. If ROBOYAGI operates on a slope
greater than 20°, there is a risk of wheel slippage and loss
of control, resulting in an alert.
Use the supplied pop-out slope guide, or a digital level app
on a smartphone to measure the slope in your lawn.
Û
!Û
There must be a level area with a width of at least 70 cm at the
bottom of a slope to allow the mower to stop and turn as needed.

MOWER TRAVEL DIRECTION
The mower may travel either clockwise (CW) or
counterclockwise (CCW) when returning to the charging
station while following the boundary wire.
