CONNECTING THE SPRAY WAND TO THE
TRIGGER HANDLE

See Figure 2.

Insert the spray wand into the handle as shown.

Slide the o-ring down until it touches the handle.

Thread the cap onto the handle and tighten securely.

Slide the nut onto the cap and tighten securely.

Pull on the spray wand to be certain it is properly secured.

When not in use, place the assembled trigger handle into

the handle storage area on the cap or on the side of the
tank.

ATTACHING A NOZZLE

See Figure 3.

Two nozzles are provided with the backpack sprayer. The
cone nozzle comes already attached to the 45° elbow. Both
nozzles can be used with or without the elbow.

Attach a nozzle by threading it onto the elbow. Make sure

the connection is secure. Do not overtighten.

If necessary, loosen the nut holding the spray wand to

the trigger handle. Rotate the wand until it is aligned with
the nozzle pointing downward and ready for use.

  Hand tighten. Do not overtighten.

ATTACHING THE HOSE

See Figure 4.

The hose comes preassembled to the trigger handle. If it
becomes loose, follow the instructions below.

Slide the nut on the hose away from the hose end.

Insert the hose into the handle as shown.

Slide the nut over the hose and onto the handle. Hand

tighten. Do not overtighten.
