7. Then take the new self-adhesive scale (spare part no. 167218) and remove
its protective film from the rear side (A). The six small square holes of the
scale must be placed exactly atop the six pushbuttons before fastening
the scale (B). Carefully press the scale to the display. Avoid damage of
the display or the pushbuttons! Then rotate the unit horizontally back to
its previous direction (C). (Fig. E 7-8)
8. Place again the last detached plug of the connecting flat cable (A) exactly
between the two guiding pins of the connector on the display pcb (B).
Fasten it with slight pressure (C). Avoid damage of the connector, the
locker and the connecting flat cable because of canting. Then prepare it
like shown in Fig. E 7-9.
