Troubleshooting
14.1.
Error Reported During Protocol Run
The above screen will be displayed, to indicate that an error occurred.
(Refer to Chapter 15 for Error Code List.)
1. If an error occurs during a protocol run, the above screen will be displayed. The red alarm
LED will blink, an audible alarm will sound, and the instrument will stop operating.
2. The error c
ode is displayed in the second line as “Code: XXX”. Refer to the error code
list, and take appropriate action as recommended.
Take note of the error code, because you will need to provide it when contacting us for
technical support.
•
“LineNo.= ####” indicates the line number of the protocol where the error occurred.
•
A protocol run that was interrupted by an error cannot be resumed.
3. Press the
“ESC” key after confirming the error to display the MENU Screen.
4. Press the
”1” key in the MENU Screen to display the Manual Screen.
5. Press the
“2” key in the Manual Screen to return the tips to the tip holders and to home
all axes.

If the instrument stops while there are tips on the nozzles, follow the steps described
above.
•
Keep the door closed when operating the instrument. Re-check that disposables
have been positioned correctly.
6. After confirming that the instrument operation has been completed, press the
“ESC” key
to display MENU Screen.
