Pass the end of the spinnaker halyard down the mast
and through the metal ring on the end of the takeaway
elastic.
Temporarily tie off both ends of the spinnaker halyard at
the bottom of the mast so that they are easily accessible
once the mast is stepped in the boat.
Add the plastic bobble on the end.
When rigged, this end will attach to the head of the
spinnaker.
