Fix the one end of Hydraulic cylinders (9)
onto the Left/ Right Stabilizer (2&3), and
another end to the Rowing handlebar (5L/R)
with the Hex Bolts (28), Flat washers (17)
and Nylon Nuts (21) as shown.
NOTE: The position of the Hydraulic
cylinder Bracket (32) on each Rowing
handlebar (5L/R) can be adjusted by turning
the T- knob (33) as shown; The Rowing
Resistance will be changed accordingly. To
increase the Resistance, adjust down the
Bracket (32); To decrease the Resistance,
move up the Bracket;

AUTO ON/OFF:

The system turns on when any key is pressed or when it sensor an input from the speed sensor.

The system turns off automatically when the speed sensor has no signal input or no keys are pressed for
approximately 4 minutes.
User set values are maintained during power off and will be present except you replace battery once.
BATTERY:

This monitor uses on “AA” battery or AG 13. You can replace the battery through the back of the unit.
2.
Battery must be correctly positioned and make sure the battery spring is properly contact with battery.
3.
If the display is illegible or only partial segment appeared. Please take out the battery and wait for 15
seconds, then reinstall it.
