General Information
This operating manual contains important technical and safety information.
Please read these instructions carefully before unpacking, installing, commissioning, servicing, maintain and
operating the MTC MultiControl controller.
It must be ensured that these operating instructions are available and freely accessible during operation of the
EC valve with the MTC MultiControl.
If there are any questions regarding installation, operate or maintenance after reading these operating instruc-
tions, please contact Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH.
Requirements for EC fans and ventilation units for environmentally friendly operation with regards to energy
consumption-relevant products in accordance with Directives 2009/125/EC and 1253/2014/EC can be imple-
mented with the MTC MultiControl.

Important advice, Information
This MTC MultiControl controller carries dangerous electrical voltages and con-
trols rotating mechanical parts on an EC fan. This can result in death, serious
physical injury or considerable damage to property.
Only suitably qualified personnel should work on this MTC MultiControl control-
ler. Personnel must be familiar with all the warnings and measures mentioned in
these operating instructions for installing and operating the MTC MultiControl.
Successful and safe handling of this device depends on proper and professional
transportation, installation, operation and maintenance of the device.
The installation must not be carried out in rooms with conductive dust, corrosive
or flammable gases, moisture, rain or excessive heat or dirt. The EC fan with the
MTC MultiControl must not be used in hazardous areas according to Directive
94/9/EC.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out work on parts which are under electrical volt-
age. Dangerous body currents lead to serious injuries and death.
