Residual Voltage is the RMS value of the waveform obtained by adding 3 phase voltages in the time domain.

Residual Current is three times the value of zero sequence current for fundamental component. If there is no
harmonics, the residual current is the same value of the RMS current of the waveform obtained by adding 3
phase currents in the time domain.
