Dwell time at 1st dwell temperature:
T1
After reaching the 1st dwell temperature the kiln holds the time set . The first dwell
time is entered as hours/minute .
Push the “t1“ key to access the 1st dwell time field. Use the - or + keys to
enter a value between 0.00 (no dwell time) and 9.59 (hours.minutes).
Heat-up to end temperature:
RMP2
The kiln heats up at the rate set to end temperature . The default rate setting is
entered in degrees Celsius per hour .
Push “rmp2“ key to access the 2nd heat-up ramp field. Use the - or + keys
to enter a value between 1 and 999°C/h or SKIP (heating up on full power).
End temperature:
TMP2
The kiln heats up to end temperature . The default rate setting is entered in degrees
Celsius .
Push the “tmp2“ key to access the end temperature field. Use the - or +
keys to enter a value between 20 and 1320°C.
Dwell time at end temperature:
T2
The kiln heats up to end temperature and holds it for the time set . The dwell time
is entered as hours/minute .
Push the “t2“ key to access the dwell time at end temperature field.
Use the - or + keys to enter a value between 0.00 (no dwell time) and 9.59
(hours.minutes).
Cool down or program end:
RMP3
The kiln cools down at the end of the dwell time . Cooling down can be either con-
trolled or uncontrolled . The rate is entered as degrees Celsius per hour .
Push the “rmp3“ key to access the cooling down time or program end field.
Use the - or + keys to enter a value between 1 and 999°C/h or SKIP (cooling
down on full power).
