Configure the driver using the example above as a guide and click

. The software will take a few seconds to configure the

driver. When it is done the following prompt will appear:

Select the default driver name

1770-KFD-1

and click on

OK.

7. Close

RSLinx.

You will use the driver you just configured to browse and configure
the network with RSNetWorx for DeviceNet.

Your driver setup will vary according to your system
setup (COM port, Data Rate, Node Address). Choose
the appropriate settings for your system. We set the
DeviceNet Port Setup Data Rate to 500K for the
example application.
