shutdown. If safety shutdown persists in several power cycles, the user should immediately report to our after sales. The
causes of safety shutdown are described below.
7.3.1
LONG_POWER_BUTTON_PRESS_SHUTDOWN
If the power button on skateboard is pressed for more than 6 seconds, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.2
BATTERY_STEEP_FALL_VOLTAGE_SHUTDOWN
If the battery is disconnected from the mother board during operation, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.3
BATTERY_SAFTEY_UNDER_VOLTAGE_LEVEL_A_SHUTDOWN
If the battery voltage is less than 25 volts for more than 0.5 seconds, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.4
BATTERY_SAFTEY_UNDER_VOLTAGE_LEVEL_B_SHUTDOWN
If the battery voltage is less than 20 volts for more than 0.1 seconds, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.5
BATTERY_SAFTEY_OVER_VOLTAGE_LEVEL_A_SHUTDOWN
If the battery voltage is greater than 55 volts for more than 0.5 seconds, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.6
BATTERY_SAFTEY_OVER_VOLTAGE_LEVEL_B_SHUTDOWN
If the battery voltage is greater than 65 volts for more than 0.1 seconds, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.7
FIRMWARE_INVALID_SHUTDOWN
If the firmware installed in the memory is corrupted or erased, a safety shutdown is performed.
7.3.8
INVALID_BATTERY_SHUTDOWN
If the battery connected to the mother board is invalid, 3 buzzer beeps will be followed by a safety shutdown is
performed.
7.3.9
IDLE_MODE_SHUTDOWN
If the skateboard is powered on and it’s not being used for 10 minutes, the skateboard starts to beep and automatically
shuts down.
8.
Precautions
Don’t ride the skateboard on wet roads.
Don’t accelerate and brake abruptly. It decreases the battery life. Accelerate and brake slowly and smoothly.
If the temperature of skateboard is too high more than 78 degree, don’t ride it. Let it cool first.
Before you power on the skateboard, there should be no rider/weight on the skateboard and skateboard should
be static and perfectly horizontal on the flat ground. Get on the device after 2 seconds after power on.
Make sure the remote battery and skateboard battery is enough for your current ride.
Don’t climb up the slope more than 10 degrees.
Don’t ride the skateboard on main roads or on pedestrian terrains.
