Cooling
Thermostat
The roof-mounted air conditioner in your Roadtrek will provide
cool air while camping with the inverter supplying power from
the batteries, and will also operate while driving or idling the
engine, using the optional engine generator. Do not operate the
air conditioner while driving with the propane generator. Your
engine generator will provide enough electricity to operate it.
Refer to the air conditioner manual for details of use.
Thermostat
The thermostat controls the air conditioning unit. To run the air
conditioner, set the thermostat on "cool" and set the desired
temperature. The other setting, "fan", recirculates cabin air
using the fan inside the air conditioning unit.
