After about 6 month, the dosing-pump cartridge
and pipe should be replaced because the
terminal clutch wears out and the pipe becomes
brittle.
1. Press locking clips together with thumb and
forefinger and pull cartridge to the right off
the motor shaft
2. Disconnect the pipes.
3. Remove the reagent inlet plug at the top of
the measuring-chamber and replace the
blue O-ring.
3. Re-insert the plug firmly and secure with the
securing pins.
4. Wipe up fluid leaks with a paper towel.
5. Replace new peristaltic pump cartridge in
reverse order of the above.
6. De-aerate pump
