3.3 Dismantling
1.
Disconnect the transformer and the surrounding equipment from
the power supply, see
Chapter 2.6 Shutdown on page 23.
2.
Interrupt the primary connection by loosening the screw fitting
on the primary terminal of the transformer.
3.
Release the secondary connections as follows:
» Undo the screw connection of the terminal box cover and open
the terminal box.
» Loosen the connection terminals and remove the secondary
cables.
» Loosen the cable glands from the underside of the terminal
box .
4.
Release the separate earthing connection on the earthing screws.
5.
Release the screw fittings at the base of the transformer.
6.
Protect the composite insulator from damage and soiling.
7.
Transport the transformer to the new destination,
